If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the product in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid any restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit to our inspection center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
